Investing in Community Leaders
 

Making decisions in today’s complex world requires skilled leaders. Leadership Thurston County (LTC) is dedicated to developing informed and committed community leaders.  Since 1994, over 350 people have graduated from the program.

An educational program of the Thurston County Chamber Foundation, LTC was created specifically for our community. The annual, 10-month program is designed to help participants:

  • Acquire a broad understanding of issues facing South Puget Sound

  • Build relationships for collaborative efforts needed to address challenges

  • Enhance leadership skills through experiences with established leaders
