Distinguished Leader Award Honorees
Patty Belmonte
Patty Belmonte, Executive Director of the Hands On Children’s Museum, is being recognized for her vision and commitment in developing the new Hands on Children’s Museum and her passion for providing unique learning opportunities for children and families.
Virgil Clarkson
Virgil Clarkson, current Mayor of Lacey, is being recognized for his lifetime of leadership as a public official, social activist, community volunteer, and dedicated board member with a number of nonprofit and service organizations.
Dr. Gerald Pumphrey
Dr. Gerald Pumphrey, recently retired President of South Puget Sound Community College, is being recognized for his leadership in forging educational and economic partnerships that strengthened both SPSCC and the greater South Sound community.
