Serve and engage all LEAD alumni so as to foster a lifelong intellectual and emotional connection between LEAD Thurston County, its graduates and the community; and to act as a trusted conduit for continuing civic engagement in and for the community.

The VISION of the LEAD Thurston County Alumni Association is to:

The LEAD Thurston County Alumni Association is a vital community of engaged, energized, and well-informed leaders.

We demonstrate this by:

·         Providing rewarding experiences for alumni that are intellectually stimulating, uplifting and energizing;

·         Striving to serve the community through continuous civic engagement;

·         Finding ways to inspire and sustain a better, safer and healthier quality of life for our community;

·         Matching community needs with talented and dedicated resources; and

·         Broadening public understanding and enhancing public regard and confidence in LEAD Thurston County.
